A Different Kind of Knowing

For the past 22 years, I’ve listened to the nervous system.

Not just for symptoms - but for signals.

Not just for survival states - but for what lives beneath them.

My work has always centered on presence, regulation, and the deep honoring of how the body holds experience.

But if you’ve worked with me closely… you might’ve already sensed it:

There’s more going on beneath the surface.

And I haven’t always said it out loud.

Until now.

Over the past few years - and especially during my time offering sessions at Gwinganna - I’ve started to share more openly about how I work.

That beyond somatic tracking and trauma-informed care, something else moves through me:

A form of listening that isn’t cognitive.

A way of seeing that doesn’t come from the eyes.

A knowing that shows up like a whisper in the body… or a message from something greater.

For a long time, I kept these parts quiet.

I protected the integrity of nervous system care by keeping it “clean,” scientific, and evidence-based.

And while that will always be a foundation in my work… I’m no longer willing to fragment myself to fit expectations.

I’ve decided to stop separating the science from the soul.
Because the nervous system and the unseen are not separate - they’re intertwined.

So now, I’m offering something more honest.

More whole.

More attuned.

It’s not a new program or a course - it’s something personal, intuitive, and energetically precise.

A space where the nervous system is held and heard… and where deeper truths can rise to the surface.

I’ll share more soon. But for now, I want you to know:

I’m no longer holding back.
